It started on the Wednesday and it was all signed, sealed and delivered by 12:30pm on the Saturday - 3.5 days, WOW!! Whilst short and sweet, our time in the care of Kim Slessor was top knotch. We have been actively looking for a house for 16 months and with several missed contracts under our belt we were beginning to lose sight of the prize. In this extraordinarily hot property market, we have found that it is no easy feat to be the (hopeful) purchaser. Kim was polite, knowledgeable and professional from the get go. With an unusual first name my husband was suitably impressed that Kim had taken the time to pronounce it correctly, such a small thing really, but so often overlooked. Kim kept us in the loop, answered queries quickly and efficiently - and there were a few, given that we had 2 days to get our offer up to the start line with the other contenders. We had a last minute viewing at 11 - competently managed by Kim and then offers were in at 12pm. Kim said that she would be in contact as soon as she could and reassured us that regardless of the outcome she would touch base in a timely fashion.
