As I live overseas managing all of these moving parts remotely was stressful enough, but knowing that Mike was on the ground to provide back-up, quality assurance and ensure that we met our timelines was invaluable peace of mind. His comunication was excellent throughout and when a couple of issues arose once the house was on the market, his advice was very reassuring and solution-focussed. Mike put a lot of effort into preparing the promotion for the marketing of our three properties right on the waterfront. This included water skiing, and kayaking past the property while being filmed. There were some stunning shots from a drone. Managing the viewing because of the access was managed brilliantly. The price was disappointing but the market dictated that. In summary the experience with Mike was very enjoyable, he was professional and committed to the best possible outcome for us.
