This is the second time we have used Lesley, Steve & Georgia to sell our property. As per last time they were awesome. Ensured we had the right photo's done to enhance the sale. Talk to us though the whole process. Very helpful with any queries/issues we had. Honest about what price we should be expecting, whether it would sell or not etc. I highly recommend using this fantastic trio team. Very grateful to you all.

Overall, the team's knowledge was good, Gorgia was very patient with us, answering the many questions we had. They guided us through the through the whole purchase process and displayed good knowledge throughout. Many thanks for your help in a complicated process for us novices it has been much appreciated.

We recently purchased our new home through Sotheby's International and we are really enjoyed with the experience. A huge thanks to Lesley, Georgia and Steve for making this journey easy and memorable. From the very beginning the team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. Also the communication was excellent as they kept updated us every single steps and were available to answer our questions. The home we found is absolutely suitable for our family and we are grateful for their support and help in making it happen. Their dedication, honesty and commitment was excellent and thank you again for helping us to find the perfect and drea home for us.

Lesley, Georgia and Steve were great to deal with. Quick to list, the photos were gorgeous and they had 3 great offers for us in the first week. Communication was great, open homes were conveniently timed and it was nice to see the marketing analytics each week. No worries at all for the whole process and we're very happy to have sold with them.

We are thrilled and relieved to have finally purchased our new home after almost a year of searching. Feeling quite jaded we made a time to view this new home, that seemed to tick most of our home buying boxes. From our first contact with both Lesley and Steve of Sotheby's, it was obvious that they had the experience and knowledge required to help guide us through the tendering process, which we knew had the potential to be very stressful. Lesley and Steve promptly responded to our queries and supplied us with all the relevant information at hand. Coincidentally, a family member had previously had some dealings with Lesley in the past and raved about her open and friendly manner, she didn't disappoint. We would absolutely recommend both Lesley and Steve and if needed (hopefully not for another 20 years) we would not hesitate to contact them.

Steve, Lesley & Georgia - Your relaxed, relatable and professional manner impressed us right from the beginning. We found the whole experience of selling our home stress-free and you achieved the perfect result we were hoping for, within the expected time frame. We would, without hesitation recommend the team when selling a home. Many thanks

This is the third time I have used Lesley, Steve and Georgia to sell a house. I cannot fault any of them, they are very professional, kept us informed, gave good advice and got the house sold quickly and without stress. I highly recommend them.

We had the pleasure of working with Lesley Grant and her team during the sale of our home, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Lesley was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. She guided us step-by-step, ensuring that we understood every aspect of selling our home. Lesley and her team were always available to answer any questions we had, making us feel supported and informed. The progress reports of our Open Homes that were provided were timely, and easy to understand, giving us confidence in our decisions. We highly recommend Lesley Grant and her team for anyone looking to sell their home.

Very quick responses, provide all details on time.

The team has been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, keeping us well-informed and prioritizing our best interests. We’re very grateful they were able to sell the house within a week of it being on the market!

As a prospective buyer I felt like I was given alotnof information about the property. I was part of a competitive Tender and I felt like I was given a fair opportunity. Excellent communication and professionalism from the team. I would highly recommend Steve, Leslie & Georgia for future sellers and buyers.

Lesley was great to deal with from the first open home, Lesley guided us through the process, always kept us informed of what was required and the next steps. This was our first home purchase; at no time did we feel pressured, but Lesley was always proactive in highlighting what was required and what time frames we needed to meet. I would highly recommend working with Lesley and the team in the future.
