Lesley's proposal was in a response to an RFP put to three agencies. We were of the view that Lesley's appraisal was more up to date with market evidence than the other two received, taking into account that many recent sales, although comparable, were out of date. A sale was achieved over and above the range provided by the other two parties which supported Lesley's appraisal. Great outcome, thanks Lesley and team.
