The backdrop to this review – is an unprecedentedly tight Wellington labour market, high interest rates, and general economic uncertainty that often comes with a change of Government - uncertainty that creates a buyer’s market and stifles the motivation to put pen to paper in a purchaser’s eyes. Eva and Jamie’s what-you-see-is-what-you-get approach is exactly what a vendor needs to make the right decisions at the right time, with the right information. In a marketplace full of promises, good intentions and lite on actual follow-through – this team are outliers who genuinely make stuff happen. When everything else is uncertain, this is the A-Team you need on your side to allow you to move forward- I’d use them again in the blink of an eye!

Jamie and team, provided the best support I could ever ask for in the selling of my father's property. Jamie knew the area and all the pitfalls from having sold other properties around the property and guided us through getting the house ready for sale in what was already a stressful time. Jamie knew the market so gave us a realistic indicator of the sale price which we achieved.
