Jaime set out to sell our beautiful old Masterton home in the middle of the covid pandemic, the start of a credit crunch, the end of the house price boom, and seeking a premium price. Not an easy ask for any agent. The result was a successful sale at the right price for a great house. Calm and unflappable in the face of so many head winds, and a range of market savvy and local contacts that facilitated the result. Selling a prized home is always hard, but Jaime made it as painless as it could possibly be. Much appreciation for your wise counsel!

Jaime has approached the sale of our houses with boundless enthusiasm and energy. She has repeatedly worked incredibly hard to get us outstanding results. We admire her work ethic and are grateful for her patience!

Jaime's knowledge and experience made this a stress-free exercise achieving the desired result in a very short time. Her expertise and teamwork combined to achieve a rewarding outcome.

A true professional, results orientated with expectations exceeded on every occasion.

Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do. Buying a lifestyle property added several layers of complexity for us city slickers. However, Jaime made the process really simple, explaining everything in plain English where it was needed and was really helpful with our million and one questions. She also provided really good guidance at the offer stage and if we hadn't listened to her advice, I might well not have been typing this reference.... thanks Jaime, we are very happy with our purchase!
