We had a great experience with Wayne, as soon as he walked into the house he knew the area, the house history, and was really enthusiastic about being able to sell the property. We asked for honest feedback on how to sell the property for a good price but quickly and it was great to get that. Communication was great, and with three solid offers in a week we couldn't have been happier.
