Thanks to Scott and all of team Ledger, we had a fantastic trouble free experience selling our home. We highly recommend them to others both selling and buying as they are people you can rely on. Great outcome for us and our buyers. Thanks heaps guys!
We found the Ledger team to be very professional, helpful with skilled advice and delivered unparalleled commitment to the sale of our home. Our sincere thanks to the team and fully recommend their services. Mike impressed me with his knowledge and direction, Scott with his flair for the presenting, Anne for her helpful hints on interior presentation and Tania doing the hard yards with the Open Homes. Lovely people as well!
This is the second time we have sold through Team Ledger and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Scott is professional, hard working and always delivers. Mike brings great experience and a hands on approach to getting the job done. Anne and Tania are worth their weight in gold! They make sure that your home is presented in the best way possible and bring great energy and passion. The best in the business!
We sold our lifestyle property after 30 years so were grateful for (and needed!) the guidance we received for the whole process. Team Ledger took everything in hand ... listing, photo session, staging, building report, open homes, private showings, etc ...and we just sat back and relaxed. Scott is very obliging and capable, and we had complete confidence in him.
10/10 - Scott and his team provided a seamless experience with us purchasing our first home. We really felt looked after and valued both during the house hunt and after completing the purchase of our lovely home. He’s an excellent communicator and we highly recommend Team Ledger for the next sale or purchase of your home. Harcourts are great because they usually include a builders report and provide lots of info about their listings. Thanks again Scott for making our homeowner dreams come true!
In our 6-month journey to sell and purchase it felt like we'd interacted with countless agents. The service we got from Scott and the team at Harcourts was honestly light years above the rest. If you're looking for an A-player in the game, this is your man!
Scott is very professional to deal with. He knows what he is doing and always ready to assist to our needs / queries. Highly recommended.
Crank up you Tina Turner, put your video on slow-mow and wait for Team Ledger to strut in like the super heroes they are. Not only did Scott and Team Ledger help us to sell our house, they also helped us to buy our new family home. We are not property magnets, just an average family that had outgrown our beloved house and to say that this experience of buying and selling was daunting is a total understatement. Team Ledger though, brought calm confidence, vast experience and the type of customer care that makes you go back for more and urges you to make sure the world knows who your super heroes are. We could not be happier with the result and we cannot recommend Scott and his team any higher than to say…..Team Ledger is Simply The Best. The Bear Clan.
Scott and Mike Ledger were awesome and helped us fill in the gaps for figuring out what it was that we required as first time owners. Scott was willing to assist us whenever we had questions, big or small. We managed to get the first house we submitted an offer for and the process was extremely straightforward.
Team ledger did a fantastic job in getting our property sold even during this COVID situation and level changes. They were very professional, prompt response and kept us well updated throughout the process. Smooth process from initial meet up to putting the property on the market to getting it sold. Wouldn't think twice if we had to engage them again. Good Job team!!
Team Ledger gave us great communication and feedback, really good at walking us through the process and helping us with what our options were. We got a fantastic result at the end and we were really impressed with their team work to deliver us that result. We would be happy to work with them again.
Excellent team. Great service and very supportive from start to finish.
