I do not hesitate to recommend Scott Ledger and the team, (Mike, Tania, Anne and Scott) for gong that extra mile in their profession as a real estate company. Weekly reports and market commentary every week highly appreciated. Thank you for getting the property SOLD in this very difficult market. Channa Ranasinghe QSM.
Scott and the team were fantastic to deal with. My partner and I are first home buyers and had never been through an auction process before. Scott was super knowledgeable and was able to help us through every step of the auction process. No question felt silly when it came to Scott - he would always keep us up to date and his communication skills were impeccable. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Scott and the team if you are looking to purchase a property! I would also absolutely trust Scott to sell my house too!
Scott and his team restored some much needed trust in realestate agents for my husband and I. They are professional (but go a good banter), have amazing knowledge of the market and give it to you straight, they have on point communication and on top of it all they always turn up with a smile and go the extra mile for both the seller and buyer. We cannot recommend Scott and his team enough. They sold our home in record time and we only wish we could move them up north so we could have them help us find our next purchase!
Team Ledger was great, they helped us right from the start when we said that we were looking at coming onto the market and supported us through the whole process. It was the first time we were selling a property and having such an experienced team was very reassuring. Their communication was excellent and they were all very helpful and patient. After meeting other agents through my current house-hunting journey, I am still happy with our decision to list with Team Ledger.
Scott and the team were very professional, pleasant to deal with and friendly. We loved their approach to selling our house and enjoyed the experience. We felt we were on the same page every step of the way.
The Ledger Team were so knowledgeable about what was happening in the current market. The honesty about what our property was worth and what was happening in the market was appreciated. Their communication was excellent and they were very professional in their dealings with us. I highly recommend the team to any one who is buying or selling a house.
We would like to give our sincere thank to Team Ledger for their exceptional service and guidance from the beginning. They are very friendly, professional and helpful, and helped us every step of the way from the day we made the offer to the day it become unconditional. It was great to work with them. We highly recommend Team Ledger!
I am so grateful for all of the hard work the Ledger team put in to selling my house. They were consistently in communication with me and always had my best interest at heart. Thank you!
Harcourts team has been very honest from the very first day. Special thanks to Anne for all her efforts and prompt replies to all the queries.
The team was very knowledgeable about the market, current trends and able to concisely report on the weeks trends to keep us in the loop. What’s Ap entires were responded to immediately and they were always willing to sit in with us where possible.
