It’s been great dealing with Scott and his team buying our first house. Great communication, very responsive. Clearly a team that work closely and support each other to meet customers needs. Really appreciated Scott’s insights and down to earth interactions. Thanks so much for everything - super excited to get into our new house on Friday!
Always available, helping solving problems and best bank advice thank you
We had the pleasure of working with Team Ledger when selling our property, and from the start, we knew we were in excellent hands. We were impressed by the creativity they used to create videos that beautifully showcased our home, and we felt they did a fantastic job. Throughout the open homes, we received updates after each one, keeping us informed of how things went, and we appreciated the detailed weekly emails with in-depth feedback. On auction day, despite our nerves, we were expertly guided through the process and secured a sale after just three weeks on the market—no small feat given the challenging market conditions. We are thrilled and now feel ready to move forward with our lives. Thank you!
Awesome to work with. Chay was amazing getting in touch with us to view and sorting the start. Thanks Scott helping to wrap everything up.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike and the entire Team Ledger for our first home purchase, and the experience was outstanding. Mike's commitment to exceptional service truly set him apart from other agents we’ve encountered. He even went the extra mile by coming to our home in the evening to facilitate the deal in person—an effort far beyond what we had experienced with other agents who didn't even have the courtesy to return our calls. Mike’s dedication, responsiveness, and personal touch made a significant difference in our home-buying journey. We are incredibly grateful for his support and the professionalism of the entire team. Eagerly looking forward to that single malt Mike—thank you once again for everything!
Scott and the team were all so helpful and easy to work with throughout the selling and buying process and loved how they DID NOT feel like your typical pushy real estate agent. Thanks so much we really did appreciate everything you did to get everything over the line.
Scott Ledger was a fantastic agent to buy through. From start to finish, he was extremely communicative and always available to answer any questions or pick up a call. Scott made the buying process as easy as possible, guiding us through each step with professionalism and care. His responsiveness and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated, making our home purchase a positive experience. Thank you, Scott, for your outstanding work and support!
From the start, it just wasn't the two agents on the advertising poster. I applaud Team Ledger for the dedication of all agents for the work they put in to achieving a fantastic sale result
Very happy with the experience from Team Ledger. Accomodating team, gave us advise and provided us with the right people to make our 1st home buying experience smooth. Hope to work with them next time. Very fast with the service provided.... very fast.
Working with Scott and the team to sell our house was, quite simply, the easiest experience possible. The team made sure we were informed of everything happening and what needed to happen each step of the way. All in all a great result!
