We were confident in their professional ability and were very happy with their performance. Brian knew the market and the first offer was way off base as he stated. We had a few open homes on which we received feedback in a timely manner. The final offer was right on the appraisal. We would highly recommend Brian and his team to any prospective seller.

Brain sold my 2 houses, he is a responssible, kind gentleman and absolutly a great freind, I wish him all the best and want to tell you straight forward that you will be lucky to get him do the business with you.

I feel we had an easy quick sale of our property, thanks to the knowledge from Brian and Andrea. Thank you both so very very much.

Brian and Andrea were great, they found the right buyer for my property and I even brought my new house from them too. They have the best communication skills, easy to talk to, answer any questions and always answer your phone calls. Not to mention their sales price including photographs, best in town! Highly recommend to all and would happily use again in future sales

We purchased a property Brian was marketing a number of years ago. We were impressed with his level of service so sought him out when were looking to re-sell that property after we had sub-divided. His market experience in the Upper Hutt area is very strong. He communicates clearly, kept us up to date and was always 'straight up' which we appreciated. We were happy with the price obtained and equally happy to recommend Brian to other vendors.

Both worked so hard to get a good sale price and never gave up even with lockdown issues. Would recommend to anyone

We found Brian has a very possitive and caring attitude, before, during, and after the sale of our home. We found him to be so dedicated, not only to his work but to us as well. When we thought it wasn't going so well he tried even harder. We are so happy we chose Brian Childs and Tall Poppy to sell our home. We will definately recomemd you and Tall Poppy to anyone selling or buying a home. Thank you Brian for all your hard work and dedication. We wish you the very best moving forward.

Forget the rest and get what is in my opinion a very professional agent.

Very happy with service from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend Brian and Andrea. Great team.

We met Brian more than 2 years ago in an open home. We didn't end up buying the house he was selling then but then his enthusiasm and commitment to both buyers and sellers made us decide to use him to sell our house. We made the right decision as even during lockdown, Brian was able to string up potential buyers and our house sold in just a couple of weeks.

Has a lot of knowledge that he told us about. What to improve and replace in house before market and made the whole thing very smooth and easy, which is good for me as I work a lot. Very impressed

We had the fortune of buying our house through Brian a few years ago, and as first home buyers, he made the process as easy and painless as possible. With his excellent market knowledge, supportive approach, and strong communication, we didn't consider any other agent when it came time to sell. Thanks Brian - we could not have gotten a better result!
