Great communication

Tony was very easy to work with always very professional & going the extra mile to help. I was selling a property in Tawa but live in Cambridge. Switching agents to Tony was the best decision we made when selling our house. Our previous agent had set an unrealistic price and we were getting no traction. Tony sat us down, showed us the market and came up with a winning strategy to get our house sold. Tony has a good relationship with buyers in Tawa which was evident in the number of customers that had missed out on previous properties which he was able to bring through our home. He kept us up to date the entire process and was responsive to questions. At the end we were very pleased to get an unconditional offer in a very challenging market.

Tony is the best!

Right from the first day we met Tony, we knew he was the right person to sell our home. He gave us sensible advice about what we needed to do to the property to achieve the best result when we sold it. He put us on to a great builder whose company transformed the property over a relatively short timeframe. Tony’s advice was on point and he achieved a great sale price after three weeks on the market. We live in a challenging area to sell in, so we were thrilled to sell so quickly.
