Ben was always attentive and helpful on all matters around the selling of our house. He was encouraging and never promised what he couldn’t deliver. Communication throughout the process was excellent. And he got us the result we wanted! Highly recommended.
Second time in less than a year using the Ben Stevens team. Would 100% use them again. They exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile.
Ben, and his team, are the consummate real estate professionals. Selling real estate in a depressed and declining market takes real skill and persistence. Ben was upbeat and positive throughout the sale process, providing great communication at all times. We were absolutely delighted to have Ben, and his team, marketing our property through to a successful sale. Thank you!
Ben, Amanda and their team were nothing short of amazing. Their passion, people skills, and excellent communication was exceptional. With their industry experience, knowledge of the Wellington market and quality sales process, it’s no wonder they have been rewarded with National Award Winning achievements. Thanks again Ben and the team for a job well done, property owners are in the best of hands.
We were absolutely delighted with the entire sales process and service from Ben, Amanda & team. Selling a family home is certainly one of the busier times in life, but their team approach made it easy, and they provided great advice on what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale. Amanda’s guidance for the staging and presentation worked a treat. Their recommended sales strategy was clear and considered and achieved a great outcome for us in a tough market. We were kept regularly informed throughout the campaign - Ben and the team are great communicators. We were super happy with the result and would highly recommend Ben & the team to anyone looking to sell.
We had a really positive experience selling with Ben Stevens and the team. We found it really helpful having Amanda on board pre going live to ensure we had our property looking as good as possible to sell. We used the auction method which gave us a great result that exceeded our expectations. The communication from the team was fantastic, we especially liked the weekly report which showed all the background work the team were doing to try ensure we got a sale. It has been a really positive experience for us through a very stressful time with a young family. Would be happy to use Ben and the team again and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell. Thanks team 😀
Andrea and I were very appreciative of the efforts made by Ben Stevens and team – Ray White Wellington in achieving the sale of our property in Johnsonville. They made the process comfortable for us being; a. Enthusiastic about the property presented to them b. Provided good advice on what could be done to the property to make it more appealing to buyers c. Communicated well during the sale process – especially considering the market shifted significantly in the weeks during the sales process d. Achieved for us a very good outcome, especially considering the challenging times e. They did this all in a friendly, informative and collaborative way which made it easy for us as the vendor We went into this prior to the market downturn but understood the challenging times and market conditions we had them work through, and, with the effort they put in we were extremely happy with the outcome of the sale. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks very much Greg and Andrea
