Deb and I first met Kiki at an open home she was holding - by the time we left and after her follow up we both said that "Kiki is the person we want to see our home". Within a short time of working with Kiki we did the unthinkable (to us) and with Kiki's assistance we were successful in purchasing our new home - which was not even one of Kiki's (or Sotheby's) listing - but another member of the company group. Purchasing in this manner of course really brought a new level of pressure on to sell our existing property.. Why did we decide to work with Kiki - she had a real passion and understanding - she genuinely loved what we had done with our existing home and had an empathy we had not encountered with our people we had looked to work. We found Kiki - supported by an awesome person in Laura - to be super organised, honest and at every turn providing feedback and asking if we felt there was anything else we wanted her to do.
