The sale of our house was text book in all aspects of the transaction. Zoe and Jason met us on a number of occasions and were able to direct the journey from putting the house on the market through to the final sale. Their marketing advice was spot-on. If the house is well maintained, clean and tidy, don't clutter it with staging furniture. The right buyer will see the house they want to see, not what the staging company wants them to see. At the first open home Zoe & Jason secured 3 offers, all higher than I expected.
