Jason was fantastic. His advise on presentation and work with photographer is outstanding. The market was struggling but he had lots of hacks to help with marketing. Great communication and felt honest. We really appreciated all his hardwork.

Really positive, multiple approaches used in response to market feedback (e.g. trialing different times for open homes, following up open home attendees to get feedback, using dashboards online and a communication group to provide updates etc). We really appreciated the flexibility of Jason in terms of cancelling open homes or amending times based on our schedule.
Jason provided regular and clear communication. Straightforward advice. Incredibly easy to talk to and always quickly understood exactly where we were coming from. At no point were we anything less than completely confident in how he was representing our property and we would be happy to recommend him to anyone selling or buying a property. Also we always felt like we were dealing with a real person, not an over-slick salesman. If we ever need a real estate agent again we'll be immediately contacting Jason.
