He makes it happen and he was right

We finished a high-end new build and Nicholas took it to market for us. He provided a valuation and told us at what level he saw the property being sold at. He organized everything from pictures, a video and marketing text and we felt in good hands. After all, with his track record, you expect something and should feel good about what he does. And we did. We decided for a 'brief testing the market' at a higher price than the valuation, as you do. Nicholas entertained this after warning us it was too high, but he got more groups through the property than expected. After several weeks it appeared he was right and it didn't sell at our level. We then let him set the price and he managed to not only get a conditional contract, but also two(!) backup contracts. Well done Nicholas, thank you!
