Professional, prompt and good communicator.
We had a great experience working with the agent during the purchase of our new property. Although he was representing the seller, he was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, moved quickly when needed, and helped ensure everything progressed smoothly from offer through to agreement. We always felt well-informed and that the process was handled efficiently. The Best Agent We Have Used
We have tried several real estate agents in the last few years from different agencies all with lackluster results. Nicholas and his team are the polar opposite of those previous agents. Clear communication using a whatsapp group chat with his whole team involved and Nicholas himself will pickup the phone and talk through offers/what to do next. They continue to open home beyond the 3 months if its taking abit longer which no other agent did. They don't push for a quick lower priced sale and are willing to wait for a buyer that will pay what the house is worth. They have taken on houses in 3 different towns all managed by the same team making it one process and not multiple different agents. Highly recommend Nicholas and his team.
