Charlotte is incredibly hardworking, responsive, and devoted to the work she does. She gave us an entirely new perspective and positive experience working with a real estate agent, despite a very challenging circumstance for our sale. Both my brother and I, who were selling our co-owned house live in different countries, and have busy conflicting schedules. Charlotte managed to find a way to keep us constantly informed, and in dialogue with her and each other as we navigated the house sale. She was pragmatic with altering the approach based on market feedback and reliable to always show up for the many open homes, every weekend, often during the week.
