Kirsty was an amazing agent and such a pleasure to deal with. This was our first time selling so we were new to the process. Kirsty walked alongside us the whole way. She was always professional, a very proactive and efficient communicator. She really was incredibly thoughtful when considering our lifestyle and young family and also the property we were selling that had tenants. She gave us very good advice all the way through the process. This particular property a little longer to sell than we expected, although only 3.5 months, which is not really that long - but the point is, Kirsty was always realistic but encouraging and proactive about the next steps and keeping the marketing on our property fresh. I remember her saying: "We're in it for the long game if thats the way it's going to be" - this highlights her commitment to her clients and getting them a sale. When we recieved an offer she was a great negotiater and got us a price we were happy with for a property that wasn't as straightforward to sell. Due to Kirsty's outstanding work on this property and not giving up we sold our property and were able to move on with our next phase with our young family. Kirsty understood our motivation for selling and always used that as motivation. This made a real difference for us as she wasn't just an agent making a sale but truly wanted to help us achieve our dreams and the next step in our journey.
