Tracey found the right buyer for my home at the price I wanted, and the conditions that I needed.

My home was not exactly the usual property on the Market, as it has extra features that many homes do not. (Six car garaging, solar panels and house battery, smaller bedrooms, and a gravelled driveway and yard, on a back section). Tracey worked really hard over a few months to find exactly the right buyer, who was fine with the extra features, at the price I wanted. Her experience and market knowledge resulted in a total of six offers. I accepted three in succession, but the first two fell over because of financing problems. The third offer that I accepted has gone unconditional. I followed Tracey's advice about preparing the home for sale, and most prospective buyers were favourably impressed. No question was too hard, and Tracey patiently provided regular open homes, viewings, and weekly or more often, detailed feedback on progress until my home was sold. Legend: she made an always stressful process as easy as possible.
