They were very professional in their approach and mannerisms. No small detail was missed. They had sound market knowledge and knew what the current trend was doing. They made valid recommendations for marketing and promotion of our property, which was important to us, being out-of-towners. This was a reluctant sale for us. We will certainly work with Chris and Katie to find our next Whangamata house.
