Things dragged on as we looked at a property, and then another. We then had an extended settlement processes ... but Edmund was always there doing his best to work with an unresponsive vendor. He was also remarkably cheerful, as well as understanding when we did speak. Highly rated in all aspects of market knowledge, communication and professionalism.
