Good communication and information.

Mathew was very helpful in all aspects of the campaign. It was during a period of changing / softening market conditions and while the end selling price was less than I initially anticipated, Mathew was careful to keep me appraised of what the agents were finding in the market every week. I believe he made every effort to obtain the best result for me, and I would likely contact him again in the future if I had more real estate transactions. Overall, very satisfied.
