As a buyer, I would choose a more honest and professional agent

Patrick does not care about the quality of the construction, detailing and finishing, even some details that were different than in the consented documentation (which is criminal). He only wants the client to sign the contract and get him hooked up as quickly as possible. If they don't do it, he "threatens" that someone else would do it instead of them. Despite the unprofessionalism mentioned above, he is almost always available, morning, afternoon, night, replying almost anytime. The property I purchased was relatively cheap; however, the quality is horrific, and the builder does not want to address the issues.
