For years, this has been Shirley's home, and she's poured her heart and soul into it. Now she's ready for her next chapter: packing up and heading down to the sunny South Island to reunite with family.
Yes, it's an older home that could do with a little love - but that's your opportunity. Behind every wall is the care of an owner who cherished this place, and it's now ready for someone new to add their own touch and make it their own.
Shirley is leaving it up to the market to decide what her home is worth. It goes under the hammer on the 19th, and on the day the market will have its say.
We've made a company-wide commitment to offer conjunctional terms to every agency, so no stone is left unturned in finding the right buyer. Of the 87 three-bedroom homes currently on the market in Massey, this is the one ready to sell.
We're open to flexible settlement and deposit terms, and open to a trade. All agents are welcome - bring your bidders along on the day and we'll see how we go.
