There's something instantly welcoming about The Sweetheart. Set in the popular Elderslea area of Upper Hutt, this beautifully kept three-bedroom brick home has been lovingly held by the same owner for an incredible 45 years. From the moment you arrive, you can see just how much care has gone into this home over the years.
The established front garden creates gorgeous street appeal, and with spring now here, the flowers are starting to come into bloom, adding even more colour and charm to this already lovely setting. Framed by mature planting and a neat, classic brick exterior, this is a home that immediately feels warm, familiar and inviting.
Inside, the home remains largely original, giving its next owner the opportunity to move in and enjoy it as it is, while also having plenty of scope to add their own style and personality over time. Featuring three bedrooms, a carport, a single garage and a convenient position close to a bus route, everything you need for comfortable everyday living is right here.
For first-home buyers who may have started to think home ownership is simply out of reach, think again. This could be exactly the opportunity you've been waiting for, a solid, well-loved home in an established Upper Hutt neighbourhood, ready for someone new to make it their own. After 45 years with one owner, The Sweetheart is ready for its next chapter. Could that chapter be yours?
