Vaughan & John were not our original choice of agents, but we had heard good things about them. We arranged to meet them and from the very first few moments of our introduction, we were impressed. John and Vaughan's personalities complement each other; they came across as friendly, confident and professional. They were very efficient in getting a marketing plan back to us and explained everything well. At no stage of the marketing campaign did we feel like they were not doing enough for us as vendors. Their communication throughout was impeccable. We truly felt that they were doing the best for us at all times.
