Being new to the market as an sole buyer, I was extremely grateful to have had John's support. He was very patient with me, answering any question I may have had. He always greeted me, and my family, with a smile at the open homes or private viewings - and there were a few! He understood the reason for why we were looking, and was really gently with our elderly mother, who was resistant to change.
