Vaughan was professional and helpful to deal with. In hindsight I think it may have been harder to deal with the same agent with both selling and purchasing as it felt a little like he had inside knowledge dealing with both parties. We were also disappointed with the price we ended up getting for our house, it was sold to us that he would get us top dollar and this was not achieved.
We found that Vaughan's obvious sound knowledge and experience came to the fore when we purchased our new home in Hawkes Bay. There were a few problems in communications with the vendor who was overseas and 'off grid' , but Vaughan always went the extra yards to keep things on track and guiding both ourselves and the vendor to reach a happy conclusion.
