You Couldn't Find a Better Agent
Hi Urszula, Catherine and I are incredibly grateful for your help, blown away by your thoughtfulness, and delighted with the result achieved at auction (3 August) for the sale of our place in Grangewood Drive Lincoln. Great service, outstanding communication, well thought out and considered advice, and a very fair price achieved quickly, in a challenging market. The negotiation skills that you personally brought to the table on auction day, after we thought the price had topped out, paid for 70% of the commission. We’ve bought and sold several places over the years and typically been left wondering what we paid for. Not this time though, we very definitely got the level of service promised and then much more besides. We’re going to have a crack at selling our old Bach now too and we wouldn’t even think about using any other company or agent. Thank you for your help with Grangewood and please pass on our thanks to Hayley, Ben and the rest of the Bayley’s team. Seems to us that you get what you pay for.
