Top Bay of Plenty Agent! A professional and genuine person who listens, delivers, and follows up.

Lisa sold our apartment in Devonport Towers in early 2026. She left a flyer in the letterbox saying she had just sold another apartment and had buyers looking. Yeah right ... well it was true! Lisa listened to our needs regarding selling price and respecting our tenant, she showed three groups of buyers through and within a month had secured an offer that met our needs. She even reduced her commission to get the deal over the line! Lisa is friendly and personable, always smiling, and never pushy. She communicates well on phone, email and text, always happy to work in with your schedule, and is fantastic at keeping you informed about where things are at. She is great at guiding you through the pre and post offer and settlement requirements and she happily communicated with the body corporate on our behalf to organise the documentation. She really goes the extra mile! Lisa knows the Bay of Plenty property market. She did a very professional presentation of recent sales, knew the properties she was comparing ours with, and spoke confidently and competently about our likely selling range. And in spite of the range being lower than what we were looking for, she went ahead and showed qualified buyers through and sold the property for what we wanted. We couldn't ask for more! We highly recommend Lisa as a real estate agent for your next sale in the Bay of Plenty.

Outstanding

Jordyn’s professionalism, knowledge of the area and confidence was endearing. Our transaction was complicated with moving parts everywhere and I genuinely didn’t think it would happen but her relentlessness to the cause was simply incredible. Very professional with a personal touch

We had the pleasure to meet Rachel when listing a property recently. From the outset, her market and area knowledge stood out and we knew we were in great hands. We had excellent marketing advice specific to our property, with no pressure either way. Rachel advised and helped us throughout all steps of the sale, and the communication by her and her team was first rate.
