East Realty was recommended to us by a local businessman who said they're the best agents in town. We totally agree! Professional from start to finish. They gave us solid, practical advice on how to get the house ready for sale. An unexpected bonus was that Tracey also connected us with right people for the work. They have a great eye for detail and moved quickly to help us be ready for sale. They dont fluff around and are very practical and realistic. Talented, experts in this field and they knew how to market for the best return. Their own commission is good value and they work really hard for their clients. We had a great experience with Trevor and Tracey, our house sold in 20 days which is half the average sale time for the area. Over 70 groups came through the open homes which shows their expertise in marketing. Moving and selling a house can be incredibly stressful and we had a deadline to meet as we are going overseas. Working with East Realty took so much of the stress away. They advised us what to focus on, which all turned out to be very simple work with the right professional help. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, they always called and never kept us waiting. Tracey and Trevor each bring their own knowledge and expertise and together it works brilliantly.
