Review of Phil Carmine, at Tremains in Taradale:

While my experience with buying and/or selling real estate is limited and I apprehensively entered the process as a virtual novice, my experience with Phil Carmine at Tremains in Taradale was thoroughly enjoyable. Tremains in Taradale had been recommended to me by a friend who lives locally in HB. I approached Phil during a quick drive-by while I was in HB, keen to set up a link with his company several months before the option of a sale was actually possible. I was coming from the other side of the North Island, reaching out from New Plymouth for his assistance in selling my father's home in Hawke's Bay. From the very first moment I contacted him, Phil was accommodating, pleasant and professional and he kept all communication clear and unambiguous. Nothing was too much of a problem for Phil and he even once or twice turned up on a weekend or his day off to meet with me and offer advice on the few occasions I had been able to make the lengthy five-hour drive to be in HB. It mattered not one bit that we had to conduct much of the process remotely, via phone call, email or text on the occasions I was not in HB. I was delighted with the result, with my father's home selling above GV in less than a month. I truly now regard Phil Carmine as a friend and would instantly recommend him to anyone (in any part of the country) to contact him for his services.
