Able to handle the tricky situations

Phil was really great to deal with, in a very relaxed and friendly matter. There were a few tricky situations during the purchasing process, but Phil dealt with these in a very professional manner and obtained the best solution for all parties. I’d highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell. I’ll be using him, when we decide to sell, but he’ll have to wait awhile, as we just love our new home.
