I first met Wayne and Veena when they introduced me to my first house. I was impressed by their thoroughness in giving me all the details required to make an informed decision on my purchase. They were available for any questions I had - no question was too trivial or too hard. In the years since we have become friends, so when the time came to sell the house it was them I trusted to see it through. Covid-19 lockdown hit us all during the process and although it was a challenging time I was kept informed every step of the way. They're such a pleasure to work with, if I were to buy in the Rotorua area again, I will happily be calling Wayne and Veena.
