Above and Beyond

Dealing with Karl was exceptional easy. He was recommended from the Tauranga branch as we live in Auckland. He met with us to give us his recommendations' before we even listed the property, then helped find trades people for work we wanted done. It was a year later when we listed with him and he worked seamlessly with the tenant, the rental agent and us the landlords and we were rewarded with what we thought was a relatively quick sale. Along the journey his communication and advise was great and we will not hesitate to use him again, and highly recommend him.
