Excellent knowledge and a very professional approach

Initially Seb was a referral through another property he was selling, and as we are not from Napier we took him at face value and on recommendation. And to be fair I’m glad we did. Seb has been an outstanding agent covering all the bases and leaving nothing out but also making the process fairly simple. The house sold in 3 days and the price expectation was accurate. Not over estimating and then being disappointed Seb was pretty much on the mark. He also helped with subjects that weren’t in scope to ensure we could go to market. And whilst you would think that’s just an agent wanting to get the sale we felt Seb was very sincere in his approach, given also this was deceased estate and not the easiest of times for the vendors. A job very well done.
