We first dealt with Kelvin when looking at Apartments in Napier, we didn't find what we wanted on our first visit but Kelvin contacted us when another apartment came on to the market that he thought we would consider. Kelvin showed us through and spent a couple of hours with us, we had made our minds up from the minute that we walked in, that this was the apartment for us. Kelvin handled the negotiation process very professionally and was always available to respond to any questions we had. We were in a position to make an unconditional offer and were delighted when we won the tender. Kelvin was good enough to arrange for us to come up to Napier and spend a few hours at the apartment measuring rooms for a clearer picture of sizes. The owner of the apartment met us on site and was good enough to allow us to stay on our own for as long as we liked. Kelvin has been so easy to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble and he dealt very professionally with our broker and our Lawyer. We were very surprised and delighted to receive a gift from Tremains of a beautiful mohair throw - beats a bottle of champagne any day.
