•We bought our home in Waipatiki Beach while we were still in Australia through Nathan, and the experience was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. Buying remotely could have been high risk, but Nathan completely removed that uncertainty. He ran a very thorough virtual viewing, taking the time to walk us through every part of the property in detail, not just the obvious areas, but the things you would normally check in person. He answered questions honestly, showed different angles, and never rushed the process, which gave us real confidence in what we were buying. What really set him apart was the effort he went to in helping us understand the location. He didn’t just show us the house, he jumped on his quad bike and “took” us down to the beach and around the surrounding area so we could properly experience Waipatiki Beach remotely. An aerial drone and a personal promotion video absolutely highlighted the features of our house nestled between the beach and native bush. Nathan went even further with a video call, where he spent 20mins talking, and walking, an interested overseas buyer through the house, whilst answering all their questions on the spot. We received regular updates with marketing progress, analysing which media options were receiving the best viewing results from potential buyers, and were therefore where the Company were focusing their advertising efforts. Although we had our ideal selling price in mind, Nathan kept us well informed with changes to the property market, and how our property sat within the current market. He also respected our ideals and considered these in his final price negotiations with the buyers.
