Upon retirement we decided to leave Auckland and move to Masterton. We had been looking for the perfect home for ourselves when we came across 52 Sussex St. It was beautiful and we loved it but unfortunately hadn't sold our home in Auckland. We kept in touch with Jamie and decided if it was meant to be ours then it would be there when we needed it. Sure enough we sold our home and moved ourselves south. We went to another open home to find it had an offer on it. Gutted but we thought we would give it a go and with the help of Ava who did the open home we went ahead and put in an offer. She came back to us that we had been successful, our offer had been accepted but there were conditions. Ava was absolutely professional and a gorgeous young woman to deal with in every way. We were kept informed as things progressed and things just flowed. We can't thank her enough for all she has done for us and appreciate that Ava is part of Jamie's team. We are extremely grateful and appreciative for all the help, guidance, care and attention we received as after 30years of buying our last home it was certainly a scary process made easy.

They are the Best!

Eva & Jaime are the best! They have once again done an amazing job! Eva was our main agent and was super easy to deal with, patiently explained everything (more than once when needed!) and nothing was ever too much trouble. She really went above and beyond with her help and advice. As well as professional and knowledgeable, Eva and Jaime are also genuinely kind and understanding. We're moving out of town, but if we could, we'd always choose Eva and Jaime for buying or selling.
