Good communication and a good sale

Alistair is personable and communicates regularly on progress. He is very well informed on the NZ market and what buyers are looking for. The price recommendation was spot on and I don't think it was possible to do better at the time of sale. The sale strategy worked well given the condition of the NZ market and the property - a lot of potential buyers came through. Alistair highlighted the risks around certain sale strategies and we avoided those. Overall I was happy with the outcome
