Excellent Communicator and Safe Pair of Hands

Scotty was exactly what we needed for the sale of our beautiful home. We had to move overseas, following Covid and had rented the house for a few years. Scotty had stayed in touch, as we had met at another house sale prior. Scotty was a balance of confident, warm and not pushy in his follow ups before we engaged him in the sale. When we did decide to proceed with the sale, Scotty was honest about the market, always upfront in his information and detailed about home inspections, etc. He struck the right note between being realistic and confident that the sale would go ahead. As we were overseas and in a different time zone, he worked around our schedules and both himself and Patrick took care of any maintenance, projects, etc. that needed doing. They sent us weekly messages so we always knew where we stood and gave us options along the way. Would highly recommend working with Scotty and Patrick.
