Great listening and communication

We met Patrick early on in our house hunt, and he was the only agent who really listened to our requirements/wish list and kept us in the loop on new properties coming to market that ticked all the boxes. Patrick was great at staying in touch but without being the slightest bit pushy. We found him to be really pragmatic, helpful, and easy to deal with.
