Helpful in the extreme

Warrick was very patient showing me many houses for a long time but we never found the place I really wanted. Finally I decided to sell my house and buy a villa in a retirement village and I sounded Warrick out to sell my house as a "doer upper". After thinking about other agents I told Warrick he could do it. He was so very helpful and co-operative with everything I wanted, from getting rid of furniture I didn't want, tidying vegetation, cleaning and disposing of a huge amount of useless stuff accumulated over the years.
