Awesome approach & result!

Hey Barry, Thanks so much for everything you did at your end - including dealing with my slight reluctance to be selling it at all!! Of course when people are using a property on a more personal level than just business, there is a more complex relationship to manage so it was good that you were not just a numbers man but also a bit of psychologist.
