A great support for first home buyers
Alice was an excellent sales consultant. As four first-home buyers looking to buy together, we needed someone who could answer all our questions, calm our nerves, and support us through the nitty-gritty of buying a home in a more unique situation. Alice fitted the bill perfectly. She ensured we were putting our best foot forward with the tender, had excellent and prompt communication with us and between all parties involved, enabled us to see the property at short notice when we requested extra viewings, and was quick to attain any extra information we needed. Her colleague Tommy was just as helpful. While this was just another property for Alice and Tommy, it's a new chapter for our whānau.
