When I started thinking about buying a house, honestly, I didn't know where to start! ( Probably my partner had a better idea). We met Patrick at the first open home we went. Although we didn't buy the house, (well that was our first open home we went!) he gave us great guidance then. Here we are, we now got such a perfect home that we cannot be happier with. Patrick is very approachable. He made me feel welcomed asking the most basic questions ( instead of making me feel anxious like others do sometimes!). He has made suggestions and advises otherwise we had no idea. And, most importantly, we are really thankful that Patrick was very honest all the way. His communication skill set is impeccable to say the least. Thank you for walking alongside of our journey throughout, This experience is something I will remember for a long time, Kia ora rawa atu, e hoa!
