Words cannot convey how much we appreciate Warrick's knowledge and expertise during the big decision of purchasing an investment property. Just when we thought we would never find the right place, Warrick presented us with exactly the right house and he pulled everything together so quickly and professionally. Difficult times but Warrick got the result!
We have used Warrick exclusively with all our property dealings in the city. His determination and willingness to put in that extra effort to get a result has worked well for us. It is a tougher market now, but Warrick was still able to get a result, and has always done so in the past, that was better than the prevailing market expectations. 5 stars as always.
