To be honest we originally engaged Alice simply as part of a due diligence process and tick the box for an additional appraisal! But, the minute we met her we knew she was the one to help us sell our family whare of nearly 55 years. It was a daunting and emotional task for us but Alice led us through so seamlessly and connected us with the best services to complete a couple of tasks prior to and during the sale process.
